Booking Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a refund after deducting applicable administrative or payment processing charges.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to partial cancellation charges.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may not qualify for any refund.
• No refunds will be provided in cases of no-show, where the customer fails to arrive at the designated pickup location without prior notice.

Changes to Bookings

Customers who wish to modify their booking details, such as travel dates, pickup locations, destinations, or vehicle preferences, should contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes based on vehicle availability and operational requirements.

Exceptional Circumstances

In situations involving natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government regulations, public emergencies, road closures, or unforeseen operational issues, Maa Mangala Car Rental Puri reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel bookings. In such cases, customers will be informed promptly, and suitable alternatives or refunds may be offered where applicable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions. Customers are advised to allow sufficient time for the refund to reflect in their accounts.
